QuitVape is a self-help and habit tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. Under 18 requires parental consent where required.
You are responsible for your account security and accurate information.
No misuse, interference, unauthorised access, or illegal content. Accounts may be suspended for violations.
Paid features are managed through app stores. Charges are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
We own the App and content. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license. You keep rights to content you add.
The App is informational only and not a substitute for professional care. In emergencies, contact local emergency services.
The App may change, be updated, or become unavailable. Terms may be updated with notice where required.
You can stop using the App anytime and request account deletion. Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breaches, fraud, or discontinuation of the App.
The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, subject to jurisdiction limits.
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from misuse or breach of Terms.
Governed by UK law. Courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction.
